Do not be mistaken, this is not volleyball practice. Our programs are customized to you. This means your workouts are constantly progressing based on your ability. Skills and drills are varied to keep your game progressing. Every minute you spend with us will be engaging and fun. After all, the game is meant to be fun!

Private and small group volleyball specific workouts. Athletes who do our tailored training plan will jump higher, minimize injury, be quicker, stronger and more powerful mobile athletes. This is a college prep strength & conditioning program.
Advanced summer positional clinics. The clinics are small so you get maximum attention. These clinics are short and intense focus sessions. You will get a jump start in your game!
Whether you are wanting to learn or take your game to the next level, we offer private sessions, semi private, small group clinics, conditioning workouts and mini tourneys. Women's beach volleyball is growing rapidly due to it recently becoming a NCAA sport, develop your game now.

Please note that a 24 hour cancellation policy is required for all lessons.
If you do not cancel your lesson within this time, you are still liable for half of the lesson price.
