  • Step 1: Create Your Account

    Set up your VIBE profile under the athlete’s name and DOB, with a parents contact information (phone & email). Add your payment info and you’re ready to roll.

    💡 Tip: Have multiple athletes? Make a separate account for each to keep schedules clean.

  • Step 2: Sign the Waiver

    Before training begins, complete your digital waiver (it takes less than a minute).

    🔥 Less paperwork, more play - handle this step and you’re good to train.

  • Step 3: Book Your First Session

    Choose your service, trainer, and time slot through our online schedule or the VIBE app.

  • Easy! Create an account online or download our app to get started. Make sure to register under your athlete’s name and save your billing info for fast, easy booking.

    👯‍♀️ Booking for multiple athletes?
    Be sure to create a separate account for each one — trust us, it’ll make your life way easier when scheduling.

  • 💻 ONLINE:
    Log into your account, head to the service tab, and use the search form to find an available time with your desired trainer or class. Click Book and you’ll either be directed to payment or have a credit automatically pulled from your account if you have a pack.

    📱 APP:
    Open the VIBE app and log in. Tap the three-line menu in the top left, select the service you want, then tap the down arrow to view the options. Choose your trainer, pick a time, and hit Book Appointment at the bottom. Boom — you’re in.

  • Oh yes - and we like to keep it simple (and fair).

    🏐 Private & Semi-Private Lessons + Performance Appointments

    • Cancel more than 24 hours in advance? You’re all good. No charge, and you can reschedule.

    • Cancel within 24 hours? That’s a late cancel, and the full session will be charged.

    📆 Classes (Volleyball & Performance)

    • Cancel more than 6 hours in advance? No worries - your spot gets released and you won’t be charged.

    • Cancel within 6 hours? That’s a late cancel, and yep - the full class fee still applies.

  • We don’t offer refunds - but we’re happy to issue VIBE Credit for any future services.

    Heads up: Once you’ve started using your package (after one credit is used), it can’t be modified or transferred to another trainer or service.

  • Yes - all training sessions and class packs have an expiration window:

    • Single Session: Expires 60 days from purchase

    • 5-Pack: Expires 5 months from from purchase

    • 10-Pack: Expires 10 months from from purchase

    • 20-Pack: Expires 12 months from from purchase

  • Performance training happens in our Performance Lab, not on the volleyball court. These sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, coordination, and injury prevention to help athletes move better, jump higher, and perform more efficiently. It’s designed to support volleyball development - and all sports - by building a strong, resilient athletic foundation.

  • Start by checking out our Trainer Bio page to learn more about each coach - their specialties, experience, and training style are all listed to help you decide.

    All of our coaches are highly qualified (and super cool), so you really can’t go wrong. Still not sure who’s the best fit? Shoot us a text - we’re happy to make a recommendation based on your goals.

  • A semi-private is 2 athletes with 1 trainer - perfect for friends or teammates training together. We don’t pair athletes, so you’ll need to bring your own training buddy.

    Just pick a trainer, date, and time that works for both athletes. Each athlete must book the same session individually to lock it in. Double booking = double the fun.

    • Privates are ideal if you want lots of focused instruction, detailed feedback, and personalized drills.

    • Semi-Privates are great for training with a buddy - more game-like drills with plenty of coaching along the way.

    • Rep Sessions are for advanced players only who want concentrated reps on 1–2 skills (think: serving, passing, attacking) - less instruction, more intensity.

  • Online booking for private training closes 12 hours in advance - but if you're trying to sneak in a last-minute session, just text or call us and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

  • If your favorite trainer isn’t showing up, they’re likely fully booked or haven’t added new availability yet.

  • Add a credit card to your account when signing up online or in the app.

    When you book online your card will be charged to complete your booking.

    If you book through VIBE personnel your card will be charged the day of your service.

  • Private lessons kick off at $110, but we’ve got a range of tiers depending on your coach.

    We have over 30 incredible trainers at VIBE - from college players to master coaches - so pricing reflects their background and expertise.
    To see exact rates, simply head to our booking page and select your desired coach.

  • VIBE is an athlete-only facility during training sessions - but parents are absolutely welcome to come in to check in their athlete, chat with the coach if needed, and then return for pick-up.

    We’ve found that athletes focus best when it’s just them and their coach in the gym. Thanks for helping us keep the vibes dialed in!

    If your athlete is 11 or under, you're welcome to stay during their session. That said, please no camp chairs or picnic setups.

  • Yes! Siblings are welcome to share packages — just let us know so we can apply the credits to both accounts. Sharing is caring (and convenient). Easy for you, fun for them.
