Build the foundation. This class focuses on proper movement, strength, and speed mechanics to set young athletes up for long-term success — all in a fun, encouraging environment.
High School Performance
Train with purpose. Designed to develop strength, power, agility, and injury resilience to help athletes dominate their sport and prepare for the next level.
College Performance

The volleyball attack/serve, football throw, and baseball pitch are compact violent movements that if not cared for can cause issues down the road involving the elbow and shoulder joints.
These exercises have been developed to reduce injuries and manage the pains that arise from overhead sports.
This routine can be used pre-practice or competition, post-training, or on an active rest day/recovery day.
