High-rep, high-intensity training for advanced athletes who have the fundamentals down and want to sharpen timing, control, and consistency through nonstop reps.

BEACH LESSONS
Train on the sand with purpose. Whether you’re brand new to beach volleyball or pushing to compete at the next level, our beach training sessions are built to elevate your game. Every session delivers focused coaching, nonstop reps, and real beach-play scenarios that develop complete athletes. Beach Volleyball starts with movement in the sand and ball control, it ends with court vision and confident decision-making. Expect high energy, competitive intensity, and training that translates directly to tournament day success.

PRIVATE SESSION
1 ATHLETE - 1 TRAINER
1-on-1 beach-specific coaching designed to sharpen technique, improve sand movement, and build a complete, all-around game.
SEMI PRIVATE SESSION
2 ATHLETES - 1 TRAINER
2-on-1 training that blends high-rep skill work with live play, emphasizing communication, shot variety, and reading the game.
PRIVATE GROUP
3-6 ATHLETES - 1 TRAINER
3–6 athletes with one coach in a fast-paced, competitive setting featuring game-like drills and constant touches that mirror real beach matches.
BEACH SESSION BASICS:
Choose your session length - 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Our coaches train on beaches throughout the South Bay and will coordinate the exact location with you.
For group lessons, you’ll bring your own crew (we recommend no more than 6 athletes so everyone gets plenty of attention and reps).
Come prepared with sunscreen, water, and a snack. On hotter days, an umbrella and sand socks will make your session way more comfortable.

Ages 8 & Under: Tots & Tiny Tots Volleyball Classes — a fun, energetic intro to the game!
Ages 11 & Under: 11U Beginner Privates - 1-on-1 attention to build confidence and technique.
Ages 13 & Under: Volleyball + Performance Classes - master the basics and athletic movements. Pair with Private Lessons to perfect technique early on.
Tip: Take a few private lessons if you’re not feeling quite ready for group play.
