PRIVATE SESSION

1 ATHLETE - 1 TRAINER

One-on-one beach training tailored to your goals, technique needs, and skill level. Sessions focus on footwork, ball control, efficiency, and volleyball IQ — building the foundation for high-level beach performance.

SEMI PRIVATE SESSION

2 ATHLETES - 1 TRAINER

Train with your partner and level up together. With individualized coaching and team-style reps, these sessions deliver targeted feedback, strong fundamentals, and game-like drills that elevate communication and performance.

PRIVATE GROUP

3-6 ATHLETES - 1 TRAINER

High-energy beach training designed to build technique, improve consistency, and increase reps through fast-paced drills and structured gameplay. Coaches emphasize proper mechanics while keeping sessions fun, positive, and progression-focused.

BEACH SESSION BASICS:

Choose your session length — 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Our coaches train on beaches throughout the South Bay and will coordinate the exact location with you.
For group lessons, you’ll bring your own crew (we recommend no more than 6 athletes so everyone gets plenty of attention and reps).

Come prepared with sunscreen, water, and a snack. On hotter days, an umbrella and sand socks will make your session way more comfortable.
